Ordering and Payment
We have attempted to make our online ordering service as user friendly as possible. To make a purchase just browse our product list and click on the products you would like to order and they will be added to your shopping basket. The order quantity is set at 1, so if you want to make a multiple purchase all you need to do is overtype the quantity, then click select. We have incorporated a checking device on the front page so that you can keep tabs on the value of your order by hovering over the shopping basket, packing and shipping costs will be added at the checkout once your order is complete and will be applied according to the total weight and volume of your order. Once you have finalised your selection click on “view order” and you will be able to review your order and amend it if required. Once you are happy with your selection click on “place order” and you will then be asked to provide details of the delivery address that you require your order to be sent to.
Please note that we are only processing orders for delivery within the UK at present. Once you have completed this you can then proceed to our secure payment system.
All prices shown are valid at time of placing the order and are stated in £ sterling (GBP).
Out of Stock Products
We aim to ensure that all the product on offer are in stock, and will temporarily suspend any products that are not available to prevent orders being placed. In the unlikely event of an order being accepted for an item that cannot be supplied we will contact you to discuss the options available. This could include holding the order until the product is available, cancelling the item and refunding the cost or agreeing a suitable substitute for the unavailable item. Should the substitute item be of a higher value than the item ordered you will only be charged at the price of the original item.
Due to the vast range of products and the nature of their manufacture and the number of suppliers we use, we cannot guarantee that they are free from traces of nuts, free of gelatine, free of whey powder, cocoa powder, and artificial colourings and flavours. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you do require any specific information about a certain product then please contact us and we will do our best to answer and queries that you may have.

We endeavour to ensure that all products are in good condition and are packed to withstand the journey from our premises to you. We cannot accept responsibility for deterioration due to extreme climatic conditions experienced once the product has left our premises.
